Work From Home With Google – AdSense and AdWords

Believe it or not you can work from home with Google and I am currently doing it right now. There are two ways you can use Google to earn yourself an income (in fact I bet their are even more).

However the two main ways are with Google AdWords and Google AdSense. In case you haven’t heard of these before let me take one at a time.

Google AdWords is a way of advertising on Google, when people (searchers) type in your keywords you can bid for the user to click on your ad.

If the user clicks on your ad you can try and sell him/her what he/she wants. You should get a commission from these sales which exceed the advertising cost. By making multiple net gains like this you can earn an income online.

Setting up a Google AdWords campaign requires some knowledge of how to sell visitors a product. Knowing which keywords to target and what adds to display are the key points here. Getting in front of the right people, who want your product (or are hungry for it as Travis would say), makes sales easy.

An AdWords campaign needs to be tweaked over time and a good AdWords campaign manager will be able to manually bid on the keywords needed most. Automatic bidding is the way for beginners to go though as it will take time to understand AdWords.

AdSense is the other way to make money with Google. If your website is a highly searched website for a particular niche (crowd of potential buyers)? Then you can have Google place ads throughout your site, which others using a Google AdWords account are bidding on.

You receive a (usually small) commission on every click. Some words are worth more than others. In order to be successful at AdSense you need plenty of websites. The websites can be made with WordPress, a free and very easy to use Blog creator, which makes great looking blogs with relative ease. Getting traffic is key for either method you choose, and their are plenty of marketers making a living (and more) with these two methods.

I’d suggest getting started with one, and staying focused. Trying to tackle both would be a tough task for a new marketer who still has to learn the ropes. I’m going to be honest and tell you that it isn’t easy making money as a marketer, it takes the work of a full time job. The perks are that you get to work your hours, and invest in your own assets.
