TROUBLESHOOTING

For majority of issues, please perform a factory reset as mentioned below:
1) Hold the keyboard in the off mode. Don’t turn it on 2) Keep holding the F1 key while you turn the keyboard on. Release the F1 key. The yellow light keeps flashing fast
3) Pull the dongle into computer 4) Wait until the yellow light stops flashing. The synchronization is complete now
