You don’t have to carry a bunch of coupons with you anymore, nor do you have to use promo or discount codes.

It makes saving money super simple.

In this Target Cartwheel review, I’ll explain exactly how it works and what great discounts you can get with it.

Target Cartwheel is a program (with a desktop version as well as apps) that allows you to save on a huge range of items at Target.

You can get discounts of between 5 to 50% on a range of products throughout the store!

This is such a great program.

And, the best part is that you can create a list of offers that you can use when you shop.

Basically, it allows you to organize the deals you’re interested in and makes them easily accessible when you need them.

Torej, when you go shopping, you don’t have to carry coupons with you.

If you don’t already have an account, then you can easily create one.

Just click on “Sign Up” in the top corner of the page on Target.com, and then click on “Create account.”

You can then access it by downloading the app, or use it from your desktop or mobile browser at cartwheel.target.com.

  • Download the Target app for iOS devices here.
  • Download the Target app for Android devices here.

How does Target Cartwheel work?

What’s great about the program is how easy it is to use.

You can easily save money on a multitude of different products throughout the store, across all categories.

Find your offers

On the app, or on the website, you can browse offers across a range of categories.

These offers are presented as a list of coupons.

You can browse through specific categories, view all categories, or enter the name of the product – whether it’s baby diapers or pillows – you want into the search bar if you want to find a specific item.

Once you find an offer that you like, just click the add button. Then, that coupon will be added to your list.

You can have as many as 50 offers on your list. And, you can add and remove offers as often as you want to.

If an offer expires, it will automatically be removed from your list, and from the offer catalog and search results.

Conveniently, you can manage your list from anywhere, whether it’s on the web browser or through the app.

Redeem your offers

Once you have your offers on your list, redeeming them is easy.

There are two ways to do it:

1. With the App

If you have the Target app, then you can redeem your offers using your phone at the checkout.

Just bring up the “My Barcode” screen in the app – this page includes the barcode you need to redeem offers.

Then, hand your phone to the cashier at the checkout so they can scan your barcode.

2. With a Printed Barcode

If you don’t have the app, then you will need to print your Cartwheel barcode from your desktop at home. Then, you just need to present your printed barcode to the cashier at the checkout.

If you do print out the barcode, then you only have to do it once, which is great.

This is because your barcode doesn’t change. Torej, you can just print it out once, and then keep adding and removing offers from your list, and when you continue to scan that barcode, you’ll receive the latest discounts on your list.

And, you can also redeem offers at self-checkout registers.

Just use the corded hand scanner that’s next to the register to scan your mobile or paper barcode at any time during your transaction.

Once your barcode has been scanned at the checkout, any discounts that you put on your list will automatically be redeemed.

It takes around 4 hours after the in-store transaction for your savings to update in your profile.

You can save money on your entire list up to 6 times per day.

What Coupons and Savings are available?

What’s great about the program is that it offers such a wide variety of coupons, meaning that no matter what you plan to buy, you can probably save money on it.

With Cartwheel, there are store and manufacturer coupons available which is great as there are more opportunities to save money!

And, some of the coupons are for a certain percentage off, such as 5% ali 15%, whereas others offer a discount for a certain dollar amount, such as $1 ali $2.

Target features offers from a range of categories, such as:

  • Apparel
  • Baby

As you can see, there are so many different coupons available.

The discounts are pretty great as well. There are plenty of discounts available for 5% and 10% off, but that’s not all. There are also plenty that are 15% to 50% off!

50% off is a great deal!

There is also the “product of the day” feature where you can get great deals on that product for that day. Na primer,”toy of the day” gets you amazing discounts on a certain toy.

Should you use it?

You can save a lot with this program, and with little effort.

All of your offers are put onto one easily accessible list, and all it takes to redeem them is a quick scan of a barcode.

Torej, if you often shop at Target, then I’d highly recommend using it.

If you don’t, then you’ll be missing out on the opportunity to save a lot of cash – up to 50% in some cases.

Plus, you can also use Cartwheel with your Target REDcard, if you have one.

The Target REDcard gives you 5% back on your shopping.

And, it’s available as a credit card or debit card.

Torej, you could get cashback from the card, on top of your Cartwheel offers.

You can stack the discounts with REDcard savings, Target mobile coupons and manufacturer coupons. You can view the store’s coupon policy here.

And, finally, you can scan your barcode six times per day – so you can get a discount on everything on your list up to six times every day.

Offers get updated weekly, monthly and quarterly.

The only downside is that you can’t use it when you shop online. You can only redeem the offers in Target stores.

Torej, if you do a lot of your shopping online, then this isn’t ideal. Vendar, it is great for in-store shopping.

Closing thoughts

If you shop at Target often, you should definitely use Cartwheel offers. All you need is a single barcode and you can start saving.

Plus, the interface is so easy to use – much easier than many other coupon platforms.

You basically create a single list and can redeem offers instantly.

Torej, consider downloading the app or using the desktop version, and start saving!

Hopefully, this review of Cartwheel gave you everything you need to decide whether or not you should use it.
