Understand that your content is good enough in 10 questions

While it is easy to criticize others, it is difficult to criticize ourselves.

This is also the case with content creation.

If you want to accurately evaluate the quality of the content you create, ask yourself these 10 questions before publishing.

1. DOES IT HELP YOUR VIEWER? DOES IT GIVE INFORMATION? DOES IT INSPIRE?

If a content does not meet any of these conditions, sharing is completely unnecessary.

You can find huge amounts of unusable content on the web, no need to duplicate them any more.

If we look at this from a marketing perspective, it is important that all good content has an impact on people about your company.

Therefore, you can do three things: You solve a problem – for example, you explain step by step how to paint a wall.

You create action – that is, you persuade the reader to do something that will improve your life.
You teach – because everyone likes to learn things that really interest them.
You ask yourself, is your content really written for people and does it value them?

Everyone can have different useful content, but try to choose a topic that is supposed to help readers.

2. WHAT IS YOUR AIM?

If you have content that you think will appropriately inform, inspire and assist a significant part of your readers, check out your goals!

Write yourself a sentence that begins with “this content will help my visitors.”

Because if you can’t find the reason given here to build a good foundation, try another topic instead!

There are two ways to write: one for yourself, the other for readers.

One of the biggest mistakes made mostly by beginners is that they write something they love.

And although they are reading your post, they may not be affected yet.

3. DO YOU NEED?

If a content doesn’t really reflect your goals, thoughts, mission, don’t post it!

It will not only help you, but also your audience.

You present your company, your brand to the world through your content.

Bijvoorbeeld, if your content is boring, your company looks the same.

4. DO YOU APPLY TO RELIABLE RESOURCES?

Today, most readers are extremely skeptical, suspicious because they have encountered a lot of lies and false words on the Internet.

Therefore, you should be able to persuade them. Try to support each of your requests with data or appropriate references.

If users don’t find your content convincing, this will be your problem.

It is worth referring to studies, data analysis, reliable pages, and even well-known authors.

5. ARE YOU USING IMAGES ONLY TO SEPARATE THE TEXT?

Visual content is also important because it breaks monotonous text and makes it easier for the user to adapt.

Echter, this is not the best if you only add pictures to your content.

The reason for this is that images also have a function, for example, to make what is said clearer.

Turning an average piece of content into really good content usually depends on images.

Images add value to the surrounding text.

6. ARE YOU BETTER WHEN COMPETING WITH OTHERS?

Even if you give your content free to people, always think of it as a product.

Like all products, your content has competition.

It is difficult to know who you are competing with before sending any material.

Go to Google and paste a few keywords that describe your content.

Search and find out who you are facing, what are their strengths and weaknesses.

If your content is weaker in some ways, improve the content before publishing.

Because nobody wants to buy a worse product than what is already available.

There is an exception here only when there is no competition in your area but you are in a monopoly position.

In this case, you are making a product that no one else has.

Therefore, if possible, try to create content that no one has created, or at least approach things from a perspective that no one else has.

7. IS YOUR CONTENT ENOUGH FOR ENOUGH?

A title consists of only a few words, a single line, but it largely determines the readability of a content.

This is the part of your content that people read before looking at your text.

To find the right one, you need to create up to 20 titles for each of your content.

This is a difficult and boring job for a few words, but the title is almost more important than the text itself.

The easiest is to ask yourself the question: can I read this post right away?

8. IS YOUR CONTENT AVAILABLE FOR THE AVERAGE?

There is a difference between the professional reader and the average reader.

What you think is very good will not be very good for the average person.

Place items that force users to immerse themselves in text.

Bijvoorbeeld, subheadings, short paragraphs, lists, use of simple words and pictures.
