In order to make great money with a networking company, you need to have quality people working under you. And when we say “quality”, we do mean the kind of people who are willing to talk to strangers and recruit them to become a member of your team. This is because the lifeblood of great money in networking is passive income. When you recruit people, you often get a signup bonus, and get overriding commissions from the people under you. Now imagine those people recruiting more people. While you may not get a signup bonus from the people under your recruits, you can still make money from overriding commissions. If that sounds like a great way to make money, it is.

However, other people make the mistake of thinking that they can just sign up with a networking company and let it be. No, you can’t. Once you signup, you need to work on building your network. But with the Internet, this is something that you can easily do once you know how.
