This is very flexible program and I would expect you to spend 30-45
minutes in your daily schedule minimum at your convenience to be
benefitted out of this program. Don’t worry if you miss out a day or
two, you can catch up with extra lessons.
WHAT DO I NEED FOR THIS TRAINING?
You will definitely need access to a laptop or desktop computer and/ or
