Dr Alex George’s Thriller Fiancée Revealed After Romantic Santorini Proposal

Dr Alex George’s mystery fiancée has reportedly been identified, weeks after the former Love Island star announced his engagement without naming his partner.

The Daily Mail reported that George’s fiancée is a 26-year-old London doctor, bringing new attention to a relationship he had only recently made public through proposal photos and video from Santorini.

George, 35, first shared the engagement news on Instagram in June after proposing during a trip to Greece.

The Sun reported at the time that he hard-launched the relationship with photos of the proposal and the ring, writing, “I found her. The ring… The moment… My forever.”

Daily Mail Identified George’s Previously Unnamed Fiancée

Daily Mail’s report identified George’s fiancée after his original engagement announcement left her unnamed. The outlet described her as a London-based doctor and said she grew up in the Cotswolds.

George is the public figure, while his fiancée had largely been kept outside his public brand until the engagement posts.

The woman George introduced as his mystery fiancée has now been identified by Daily Mail as a fellow doctor, bringing new scrutiny to a relationship he had only recently made public.

George Announced the Engagement With a Santorini Proposal

George revealed the engagement during a romantic trip to Santorini. The Sun reported that he shared a close-up of his future wife’s ring and photos of the couple kissing with the Greek island setting behind them.

“I found her. The ring… The moment… My forever,” George wrote as fans and famous friends congratulated the couple.

At that stage, The Sun reported that George had not revealed his fiancée’s name or shared further details about her.

The Proposal Video Gave Fans a More Personal Look

George followed the engagement announcement with a behind-the-scenes video from the proposal. The Sun reported that he told followers he had kept some parts of his speech private, but wanted to share part of the moment because of the response he had received.

In the clip, George said he was nervous and shaking before the proposal, with the ring hidden under a hat and his speech in his pocket. He then told his fiancée that he was not actually filming social content before beginning the proposal.

George also looked back at how they met in Battersea Park after she came over to say hello to his dog, Rolo. He said he had no idea that day would lead to him meeting the love of his life.

George Said His Fiancée Changed His Life

The Sun reported that he said she had changed and saved his life “in the most incredible and beautiful way.” He also described her as kind, loyal, understanding and inspiring before saying he wanted to keep choosing her every day.

After changing the ending of his speech, George asked her to marry him. His fiancée said yes, and the couple embraced.

George connected the video to his own mental-health journey. He told followers he hoped sharing the moment would help anyone struggling with their mental health and remind them that good times can still come.

The Engagement Follows a Public Year of Self-Reflection

George is best known to many viewers from Love Island in 2018, but his post-villa career has moved heavily into health, mental fitness and public advocacy.

His official website describes him as a former NHS A&E doctor, presenter, bestselling author and host of The Stompcast podcast. He has also spent years campaigning around mental health and young people’s support.

The engagement followed another personal update earlier this year, when George publicly shared that he had been diagnosed as autistic. The Sun reported that the diagnosis left him processing a long assessment report and trying to understand parts of himself in a new way.
