Bayard Cutting Arboretum (Long Island Shots Flickr Group 2nd Social)
The 2nd social event for the Long Island Shots Flickr Group was held at Bayard Cutting Arboretum in Great River, NY (It actually says East Islip on my nav system). The event was attended by donnat333, NorJon, iamchrisjett (and family) and me with my mom. It started at 10am and we all ended at different times of the day. Donna might have stayed the longest but could have been the first one to post on Flickr!
My first photo is the last photo I took of the place before leaving. I love IR shots but my images still needs a lot of improvement especially with the focusing. I cannot figure out why my shots always comes out unsharp. The bad thing with my IR shots is, it is always taken in haste, most usually, before I leave a certain place. That might be the cause or it could be because of my settings. I need advice, please do so by adding your comments and so that others may learn from it as well.
