La actriz estadounidense Sharon Washington tenía más de 50 años cuando fue elegida para interpretar a la trabajadora social de Joker en Arkham Asylum, donde le pregunta si recuerda cómo fue internado en el hospital en la película de suspenso y crimen de 2019.
