One of the harder duties for many of us is delegation. Whether the problem is because of a bent towards perfectionism or a scarcity of belief within the capacity of others to do the job in addition to we’ll, most of us resist handing over even mundane duties related to our enterprise, subsequently assuring that we’ll not develop.
