Here are my top ways of making money online. I am personally making money from home with all 5 of these strategies. I only like to share content relevant to things I’ve actually done myself.
The way I’ve structured these income sources have allowed me to do them all from home and you can too.
Social Media Marketing – with social media you can offer marketing services to businesses, I recommend that you find a niche so you go from being a “general doctor” to a “heart surgeon” which will allow you to charge premium pricing. You don’t want to try to serve everyone as you will be too broad in your messaging and marketing.
Coaching, Consulting or Online Courses – take your knowledge or experience and help people create an outcome that you have already created for yourself.
Airbnb – when structured properly you can run this business 100% from your phone. You must delegate cleaning, communications and maintenance so you can just communicate from your phone.
Real Estate – If you structure the operations correctly a management company, an assistant, or an internal team can take care of any in person operations so you can be mostly hands off and run the business from home.
Stocks – this is something that you can do by using apps like stash or robin hood and you manage entirely from your phone.
