No Canva. No Figma. No designer.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This AI media kit workflow isn\u2019t just for YouTubers.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you need any kind of designed PDF (a media kit, a proposal, a one-pager, a pricing sheet, a lead magnet), the same process works.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Here\u2019s exactly how I did it.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Step_1_Start_a_Brand_Kit_in_Claude_Design\"\/>Step 1: Start a Brand Kit in Claude Design<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"\/><\/h2>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I started in Claude and went to Design.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The project: a media kit for a YouTuber. So first I wanted a brand guide based on his aesthetic and his brand.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You don\u2019t have to do this step. But it doesn\u2019t take forever, and it\u2019s totally worth doing.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I kept the model on Opus, the newest one. The earlier designs I\u2019d made on Claude 4.6 were awesome too.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">My prompt was simple: build out a brand guide for a content creator, based on images from his current website and YouTube channel.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Step_2_Feed_It_Brand_Screenshots\"\/>Step 2: Feed It Brand Screenshots<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"\/><\/h2>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Then I gathered screenshots:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>His YouTube channel<\/li>\n<li>His current website<\/li>\n<li>His merch<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">My goal was just to give Claude an idea of what this brand is all about.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You\u2019d do the same with your own website or whatever you\u2019ve created.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Maybe you already have a full brand guide. But I imagine a lot of small businesses don\u2019t, unless they paid a marketing agency. You can answer however you want.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Had I given more guidance up front, it probably would have asked fewer questions.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For colors, I said: \u201cDecide for me. If what I sent you is exactly it, great. Then give me two or three options.\u201d<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Step_4_Pick_a_Cover_and_Stress-Test_the_Colors\"\/>Step 4: Pick a Cover and Stress-Test the Colors<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"\/><\/h2>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It gave me cover options: A, B, and C.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I picked the color block one.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Then I asked it to review all the colors one more time to confirm the schemes work together.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">That\u2019s the exact same process I used to create the brand kit for my personal brand. I was definitely impressed with that output.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It\u2019s what I used to design my free AI audit guide, \u201cThe five places your business is bleeding time right now.\u201d You get it when you join my newsletter.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Step_5_Export_the_Brand_Guide\"\/>Step 5: Export the Brand Guide<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"\/><\/h2>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When the brand guide was done, Claude Design gave me export options:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A standalone HTML file<\/li>\n<li>A PDF<\/li>\n<li>PowerPoint<\/li>\n<li>Send it to Claude Code or Canva<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I exported it as a PDF so I could pass it straight into the next step: the AI media kit.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Why_I_Build_the_PDF_in_Claude_Cowork\"\/>Why I Build the PDF in Claude Cowork<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"\/><\/h2>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For the media kit itself, I switched to Claude Cowork, the desktop app.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Why?<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I\u2019ve found it makes better PDFs than the web version.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">So I asked it why. The answer: it runs Python on your computer, so it has libraries that can build a PDF file programmatically, from scratch.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">That\u2019s the way a PDF should be built.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Step_6_Build_the_AI_Media_Kit\"\/>Step 6: Build the AI Media Kit<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"\/><\/h2>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I added the brand guide PDF and gave it the brief:<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Build a media kit we can pass off to advertisers.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I didn\u2019t want pricing. I just wanted our following and subscriber counts, so an advertiser can understand what\u2019s valuable for their company.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Then I dropped in screenshots with the numbers:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Instagram<\/li>\n<li>TikTok<\/li>\n<li>YouTube thumbnails<\/li>\n<li>Discord<\/li>\n<li>The email newsletter (I almost forgot that one)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I could have sent links, but screenshots were easier.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>And then I maxed out my usage limit and had to finish later.<\/em> It happens.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"The_First_Draft_of_the_AI_Media_Kit\"\/>The First Draft of the AI Media Kit<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"\/><\/h2>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When I came back, the file wouldn\u2019t load in the app, so I opened it in Google Drive.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Here\u2019s what I noticed on the first look:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>It had the wrong year. No big deal.<\/li>\n<li>There were a few spacing issues.<\/li>\n<li>The design was awesome. It even had a section called \u201cWhere the gang lives.\u201d I love that.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On the first run, I only care about the design. The small stuff is easy.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You just talk to it and it fixes it.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"The_Takeaway\"\/>The Takeaway<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"\/><\/h2>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Less than 1 hour.
