Seligson is described in the complaint as a New York attorney who allegedly held authority over certain disbursement accounts connected to Mayweather business entities.<\/p>\n TMZ reported<\/a> that a source close to Rechnitz denied the allegations and said Mayweather\u2019s financial issues, tax levy issues and lien matters predated Rechnitz\u2019s professional involvement with him.
