Tutor announced the news on Aug. 19 and said Beverly Hills already feels like home because she raised her daughters and built her career there.<\/p>\n<p>The 51-year-old real estate broker also made it clear that she is not expecting an entirely quiet transition. She described herself as excited and slightly nervous about the new chapter before predicting that she is \u201clikely to get into some trouble,\u201d according to <a href=\"https:\/\/people.com\/tracy-tutor-joins-cast-real-housewives-beverly-hills-12064159\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">PEOPLE\u2019s report on her announcement<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Tutor will hardly be entering unfamiliar territory. During a January 2023 appearance on <em>Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen<\/em>, Tutor was asked whether she would consider joining <em>RHOBH<\/em>. \u201cOne hundred percent,\u201d she replied.<\/p>\n<p>Tutor explained that she was born and raised in Los Angeles and already knew several women associated with the franchise. \u201cI know a lot of the women on the show, and I love them all \u2026 not equally,\u201d she joked. \u201cI think I could bring a little heat.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bravotv.com\/the-daily-dish\/tracy-tutor-joins-rhobh-cast-season-16\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Bravo\u2019s official Season 16 announcement<\/a> revisited those comments after confirming that Tutor is finally making the jump. Even Andy Cohen acknowledged how long the crossover had been discussed. Commenting on Tutor\u2019s Aug. 19 announcement, the <em>Real Housewives<\/em> executive producer wrote, \u201cThis has been a long time coming!\u201d<\/p>\n<h2>She Already Has Connections Inside the Beverly Hills Circle<\/h2>\n<p>Bravo notes that she is friends with Mauricio Umansky, Kyle Richards\u2019 estranged husband, through their work in luxury real estate. Tutor has previously spoken positively about his family and even offered him fashion advice publicly.<\/p>\n<p>Her connections extend beyond Umansky. Tutor has said she knows Kyle, was close with former Housewife Crystal Kung Minkoff and knows former cast member Garcelle Beauvais, whom she has described warmly.<\/p>\n<p>That makes her arrival different from introducing someone who has to build every relationship from scratch. Tutor publicly criticized Kemsley in 2025 while discussing beauty professionals they had both worked with. She alleged that Kemsley \u201cdoesn\u2019t pay her bills\u201d and claimed money had been owed to multiple people, including a hairstylist they shared.<\/p>\n<p>Kemsley strongly disputed Tutor\u2019s characterization. During a March 2025 appearance on <em>Watch What Happens Live<\/em>, she called the claims \u201chysterical\u201d and \u201cattention seeking.\u201d Kemsley also offered a specific explanation involving hairstylist Chris Dylan. She said an invoice had included charges her office believed had already been paid, prompting the bill to be flagged and corrected rather than simply left unpaid.<\/p>\n<p>The back-and-forth became public enough that Tutor was soon asked whether joining <em>RHOBH<\/em> might appeal to her. \u201cYou know, I\u2019ve been asked that a lot,\u201d Tutor said during a March 2025 appearance on <em>Jeff Lewis Live<\/em>. \u201cI mean, I would like to come for a few people on that show.\u201d <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bravotv.com\/the-daily-dish\/tracy-tutor-speculates-joining-rhobh-amid-dorit-kemsley-feud\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Bravo documented the exchange<\/a> at the time. The network has not said whether the previous disagreement with Kemsley will become a Season 16 storyline.<\/p>\n<h2>Million Dollar Listing Made Tutor a Bravo Veteran<\/h2>\n<p>Tutor joined <em>Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles<\/em> in Season 10 in 2017, becoming the show\u2019s first female real estate broker. She remained on the series through Season 15, which wrapped in September 2024.<\/p>\n<p>Viewers followed major luxury listings, her expansion into the Texas market, her divorce from Jason Maltas and later relationships. Tutor shares daughters Juliet and Scarlett with Maltas.<\/p>\n<p>Her real estate career has also continued beyond the show. Bravo credits Tutor with 24 years of luxury real estate experience and notes that she is licensed in both California and Texas. She is also the author of the 2020 book <em>Fear Is Just a Four-Letter Word<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>One of her largest deals featured on <em>MDLLA<\/em> involved representing the West Hollywood Edition residences, which Bravo says sold out for nearly $200 million in 2021.
