Police in Rochester, New York, are looking for suspects after a woman was killed and two others were injured in a shooting after a Puerto Rican festival early Saturday morning.<\/p>\n

Around 10:30 p.m. a large crowd had gathered and started to block North Clinton Avenue, Rochester Police Chief David Smith told reporters.<\/p>\n

As the crowd dispersed, gunshots rang out around 12:25 a.m., police said. By the time officers arrived at the scene, an unidentified female victim had succumbed to her injuries, Smith said.<\/p>\n

Three other people were wounded: a man in his 20s, a woman in her 30s and another man in his 40s, according to Smith. Their injuries are not life-threatening, according to the chief.<\/p>\n

The investigation is ongoing, police said.<\/p>\n

The city’s Puerto Rican festival lasts all weekend and an estimated 25,000 people attend annually. The event includes concerts, art showcases and educational activities, according to organizers.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
