Another from @alleytopfiles gathered 22,000 likes and 549,000 views in six hours.<\/p>\n

The theory has gained enough traction that Grok, X\u2019s AI-powered search feature, generated a trending topic summary presenting the unverified claims alongside confirmed facts about Kirk\u2019s assassination \u2014 blurring the line between what\u2019s documented and what\u2019s speculation. The summary noted that \u201cno authorities have implicated her amid the ongoing trial.\u201d<\/p>\n

This isn\u2019t the first viral Erika Kirk theory to fall apart<\/h2>\n

The missing photo theory is the latest in a string of viral claims about Erika Kirk that have failed to hold up under scrutiny. In January 2026, a TikTok video claiming Charlie Kirk removed Erika from his will went massively viral before being traced back to a self-described satire account called Bulls Nose News. Fact-checkers at Lead Stories and Yahoo News confirmed there was no evidence supporting the claim. Before that, a photo of Erika greeting Vice President JD Vance with a hug at an October 2025 Turning Point USA event spiraled into an unsubstantiated affair rumor \u2014 one Vance himself addressed by affirming his marriage was strong.<\/p>\n
