Walter Cronkite<\/strong>, who was once regarded as “the most trusted man in America” when he was anchoring the evening news on CBS, is pictured with Jeffrey Epstein<\/strong><\/a> in new photos released by the feds.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n

The photos show the legendary newsman — who anchored such historical events as the JFK <\/strong>assassination and moon landing — sitting in a room with Epstein and an unidentified man. Walter is leaning forward in an armchair, talking with Epstein and the other guy, who is seated on a couch.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n

In between the men is a tray of food and drink and a bunch of magazines spread out across some ottomans.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n

CBS News claims the photos appear to be from 2007, when Walter was 90, a couple years before his death.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n

If the photo is indeed from 2007, that’s significant … because it was in 2008 when Epstein pleaded guilty to state charges of solicitation of prostitution and of solicitation of prostitution with a minor under the age of 18. Obviously, there is nothing to suggest Cronkite had any knowledge of Epstein’s crimes.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n
