Things weren\u2019t looking too hot for Zach Bryan<\/strong><\/a> \u2014 literally \u2014 the country star was out and about rocking a pretty gnarly black eye.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n

Yep, Zach was keeping it low-key in NYC over the weekend, but that shiner on his face was doing all the talking \u2014 capping off a rollercoaster few weeks that included some fiery back and forth with fellow country crooner John Moreland<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n

Variety<\/strong><\/a> reported earlier this month that Zach inked a fresh deal with Warner Records for at least two more albums, and on top of that, he\u2019s reportedly selling \u2014 or already sold \u2014 his publishing catalog for a jaw-dropping $350-mil payday.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n

But Moreland clearly wasn\u2019t thrilled for him \u2014 taking to his IG Story with a scathing jab \u2026 \u201c$350M is a lot to pay for the f***in off-brand version of me. Y\u2019all have a great day.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/section>\n

Zach was clearly stung by the diss \u2014 posting a screenshot of Moreland\u2019s jab and writing, \u201cYooo just saw this from an artist I\u2019ve always respected and supported.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/section>\n

Bryan, clearly blindsided, pointed out he\u2019d actually written and recorded a duet with Moreland \u2014 \u201cMemphis; The Blues\u201d \u2014 for his 2024 album The Great American Bar Scene. But after the jab, he said he\u2019s pulling the track altogether.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n

RN though, it seems Zach\u2019s got bigger things to deal with \u2014 like that black eye, which he revealed was the result of an incident at his home!<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<\/div>\n\n
