Remember that it\u2019s about them, and not you. Stay focused on the customer\u2019s wants &amp; needs, and not your own.<\/p>\n<p>Never state anything that isn\u2019t true just to make your company seem more important and reliable. This includes false statements and testimonials drawn up by a member of your staff, best friend, spouse or mother.
