Terence Crawford<\/strong><\/a> ain\u2019t m.A.A.d after the UFC broadcast mistook him for Kendrick Lamar<\/strong><\/a> on Saturday \u2026 telling TMZ Sports<\/strong> he laughed it all off \u2014 \u2019cause he\u2019s convinced it was done on purpose!!<\/p>\n<\/div>\n Bud went viral for his appearance at Noche UFC at the Sphere in Vegas \u2026 when a lower third graphic misidentified him as the \u201cNot Like Us\u201d rapper.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n Screengrabs of the goof made rounds on social media \u2026 and it was pretty ironic, as K. Dot name-dropped the boxing superstar on his \u201ceuphoria\u201d diss track directed at Drake<\/strong><\/a> earlier this year.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n But Bud was in good spirits over it all when we caught up with him on Sunday \u2026 admitting even he had to chuckle.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n Crawford said a ton of people kept texting him Kendrick\u2019s bar \u2014 \u201cHe\u2019s Terrence Thornton, I\u2019m Terence Crawford, yeah, I\u2019m whoopin\u2019 feet\u201d \u2014 which had him puzzled for a bit \u2026 that is, until he was tipped off about the mistake.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n Crawford actually had an interesting take on why it played out \u2026 claiming it could have been planned to provide some entertainment.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n \u201cTo be honest, I think it was intentionally done just for laughter because how can you get us mixed up?\u201d Crawford said. \u201cAll in all, it was funny to me.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/section>\n Dana White says UFC mistaking Terence Crawford for Kendrick Lamar was the lone error of the #UFC306<\/a> broadcast from Sphere.<\/p>\n \u201cThat was pretty bad.
