Zedd<\/strong><\/a> is saying sayonara to one of his Los Angeles area homes \u2026 as he sold the mansion for a pretty penny, TMZ has learned.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n The DJ officially parted ways with the 6-bedroom Encino estate, with the sale going through on Thursday for $17,125,000 \u2026 which means he\u2019s pocketed a fair amount in the sale, \u2019cause he bought for quite a bit less a few years ago.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n While this is over a million less than his original asking price of $18,999,000 \u2026 Zedd is still walking away in the black, as he nabbed the property<\/strong><\/a> from Joe Jonas<\/strong><\/a> <\/strong>and Sophie Turner<\/strong><\/a> in 2021 for $15.2 million.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n The mansion is certainly worth the hefty price tag, too \u2026 boasting 14,779 square feet of living space with all the bells and whistles \u2014 including a gym, sauna, massage room, home theater, pub, wine cellar, professional music studio and vocal booth.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n <\/p>\n <\/a>\n <\/div>\n<\/section>\n Oh, and there\u2019s an outdoor kitchen, putting green and a swimming pool, as well.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n![\"\"\/](\"https:\/\/etrafficlane.com\/newline\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/1715370157_376_Zedd-Sells-Lavish-Encino-House-That-Belonged-to-Joe-Jonas-Sophie-Turner.jpg\")
