Alec Baldwin<\/strong><\/a> filed a witness list for his upcoming involuntary manslaughter trial, and it includes some \u201cRust\u201d crew members \u2014 like the recently imprisoned Hannah Gutierrez-Reed<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n The actor\u2019s attorneys submitted their list to the court Friday, and it\u2019s chock-full of potential names they say they might call come judgment day \u2026 everything from actual eyewitnesses to sheriff\u2019s deputies, and even experts in relevant fields.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n HGR asked the judge for mercy before her sentencing \u2014 and, more specifically, probation \u2014 but, the court ultimately handed down an 18-month prison term<\/strong><\/a> to Hannah \u2026 the maximum penalty.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n It\u2019s interesting that Alec would be willing to call upon her \u2026 \u2019cause you\u2019d figure she\u2019d be more than eager to place the blame on him as opposed to herself.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n <\/p>\n Among other possible witnesses for AB \u2026 Dave Halls<\/strong> \u2014 the film\u2019s first AD who got probation after pleading no contest to negligent use of a deadly weapon \u2014 as well as the unit production manager and another \u201cRust\u201d crew member, all of whom Alec is eyeing to call to the stand.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n
