Don Toliver<\/strong><\/a> was arrested on suspicion of DUI this week \u2014 but it sounds like he was an easy customer for cops \u2026 \u2019cause they didn\u2019t even take him to jail.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n According to a report from California Highway Patrol \u2014 obtained by TMZ \u2014 the rapper was pulled over for speeding early Tuesday morning near the San Fernando Valley here in SoCal \u2014 and cops say they had reason to believe he might\u2019ve been impaired behind the wheel.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n The report says that officers observed signs of impairment but instead of throwing him in handcuffs \u2026 Toliver was simply cited and released in the field.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n <\/p>\n While there\u2019s no explicit mention of another person with him \u2014 law enforcement sources tell TMZ Don was released to the custody of another party who was sober and with him.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n Unclear who exactly that was \u2014 but the officers note DT was cooperative throughout the entire incident.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n Still, not great news for Don, especially since he just welcomed a baby<\/strong><\/a> with Kali Uchis<\/strong><\/a> about a month ago. Definitely a headache he\u2019ll have to deal with \u2014 but luckily, nobody was hurt.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<\/div>\n\n
