Kanye West<\/strong><\/a> is full steam ahead in his 2020 Presidential run \u2026 he just filed a second set of documents<\/strong><\/a> Thursday with the Federal Election Commission.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n

\n

Ye\u2019s latest filing is called a Statement of Candidacy, which shows he\u2019s raised or spent more than $5,000 in campaign-related expenses. That elevates him to candidacy status under the federal campaign law.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n

\n

Kanye, of course, lists his party as BDY \u2014 Birthday Party is now abbreviated. He designates the name of his political committee, \u201cKanye 2020.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/section>\n

He also lists his residence as Cody, Wyoming, where he and Kim<\/strong><\/a> just bought a massive property<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n

\n

This is the second \u2014 and more important set of docs<\/strong><\/a> \u2014 that Kanye has filed with the FEC. He filed his first set<\/strong><\/a> Wednesday \u2014 a Statement of Organization for the campaign, declaring the Kanye 2020 committee will serve as the Principal Campaign Committee.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n

It\u2019s interesting \u2026 some media outlets are saying Kanye is not running, but we\u2019ve been told otherwise, and the documents underscore that. The latest was filed Thursday morning at 12:34 AM ET.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n

Kanye also filed legal docs<\/strong><\/a> qualifying him to get on the ballot in Oklahoma, however, he missed the Wednesday deadline in the battleground state of Florida.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n

As we reported, a market research company conducted a poll showing Kanye capturing 2% of the national vote. He ain\u2019t gonna win, but he could be a spoiler in a close election. The question \u2014 who would he help, and who would he hurt?<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<\/div>\n
