<\/p>\nExclusive<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n Armie Hammer<\/strong><\/a> and his wife, Elizabeth Chambers<\/strong><\/a> <\/strong>have both just filed for divorce.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n Elizabeth filed the divorce petition, and Armie filed his answer at the same time, so it was clearly coordinated.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n There are differences. Elizabeth wants sole physical custody of their 2 children \u2014 5-year-old Harper Grace<\/strong> and 3-year-old Ford<\/strong>. Armie is asking for joint legal and physical custody.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n Elizabeth cites the usual \u2014 irreconcilable differences \u2014 as the reason for the divorce.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n Sources connected to the couple tell TMZ \u2026 there is NO PRENUP. Based on the documents it appears Armie will pay spousal and child support. The date of separation is interesting \u2026 Armie lists January and Elizabeth lists July. This is a crucial difference \u2026 if the judge accepts her version, they would have been together as a married couple for just over 10 years, and that could affect spousal support. If January is the date, it\u2019s under 10 years.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n Armie said earlier today \u2026 \u201cThirteen years as best friends, soulmates, partners and then parents. It has been an incredible journey, but together, we\u2019ve decided to turn the page and move on from our marriage.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/section>\n He adds \u2026 \u201cAs we enter into this next chapter, our children and relationship as co parents and dear friends will remain our priority.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/section>\n His Instagram post concludes with, \u201cWe understand this news lends itself to public dialogue, but in the interest of our children and our family, we\u2019re asking for privacy, compassion and love during this time.\u201d \u00a0Elizabeth shared the same IG post at the same time as Armie.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n At the end of May, Elizabeth posted this \u2014 \u201cTEN years married, twelve together, thirteen years as best friends. Happy Anniversary, my love.
