Givionne wasn\u2019t even in the faces of the cops while speaking to them \u2026 he was a good 20-feet away.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<section id=\"cb-6ebbd3319f0b5834433bff4e9f03db0d\" class=\"canvas-block canvas-block-permalink canvas-text-block canvas-text-block-permalink canvas-text-block--default \" data-context=\"{&quot;section&quot;:&quot;permalink&quot;,&quot;name&quot;:&quot;text_block&quot;}\" readability=\"39\">\n<p>Still, they arrested him for disobeying a lawful order, and although he was released on $465 bond \u2026 Team ROC says Gee is still facing charges, and has an upcoming court date. Giovionne\u2019s arrest was unlawful and the Charleston police clearly violated his Constitutional right to peacefully protest.
