According to the report, MDPD looked into it and discovered the pic was actually not disseminated by one of their own but perhaps by someone in the U.S. Marshals Service.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<section id=\"cb-67a766eded00b83c56759d292ab5927a\" class=\"canvas-block canvas-block-permalink canvas-text-block canvas-text-block-permalink canvas-text-block--default \" data-context=\"{&quot;section&quot;:&quot;permalink&quot;,&quot;name&quot;:&quot;text_block&quot;}\" readability=\"41.8302752294\">\n<p>The docs \u2014 obtained by TMZ \u2014 outline the steps MDPD took to get to the bottom of Cohen\u2019s claims \u2026 and during their back and forth, they discovered a Miami-Dade cop, who was with Kodak the day <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tmz.com\/2019\/05\/13\/kodak-black-arrested-rolling-loud-indicted-lying-gun-purchase-applications\/\"><strong>he was arrested<\/strong><\/a>, claimed he was called up and instructed by a high-ranking official \u2014 a U.S. Marshal Chief, per the officer \u2014 to snap a photo of Kodak while he was cuffed.
