R. Kelly<\/strong><\/a> is offering an odd bit of reassurance \u2026 informing the judge there\u2019s no danger of him harassing his accusers if he gets out of jail, because it\u2019s impossible for him to communicate with them.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n

\n

Kelly\u2019s legal team fired off a letter that\u2019s basically a follow-up to their latest motion requesting Kelly be released on bond to avoid catching COVID-19 behind bars at MCC Chicago.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n

Kelly\u2019s attorneys, Steven Greenberg<\/strong> and Michael Leonard<\/strong>, say there are 6 alleged victims in his federal case<\/strong><\/a> out of the Eastern District of NY. We know one of them<\/strong><\/a> is Aaliyah<\/strong><\/a> \u2026 and, in the letter, Kelly\u2019s team points out the obvious \u2014 she\u2019s deceased, and therefore, out of even Kelly\u2019s reach.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n

According to the doc, obtained by TMZ, they also say prosecutors have only referred to 2 other accusers as Jane Does \u2026 so Kelly and his team can\u2019t even ID them. Likewise, they claim prosecutors have only identified another accuser by a photo \u2014 and team Kelly says it has no clue who she is.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n

They claim the last 2 women are beyond Kelly\u2019s sphere of influence, because they\u2019re publicly bashing him. The letter refers to one as a former girlfriend who blasts him daily<\/strong><\/a> on social media. They\u2019re clearly referring to Azriel Clary<\/strong><\/a>, and even include links to her social media posts.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n

They add that Jane Doe #6 has similarly gone on a negative media campaign against Kelly.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n

\n

All of this to say, if the judge lets him out<\/strong><\/a> \u2026 he\u2019ll be on his best behavior because he has no choice. Remember, the judge has already shot down<\/strong><\/a> 2 previous motions for Kelly\u2019s release on bond.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n
