Do Lab is the company that puts on the central California festival.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<section id=\"cb-29e20b37f5f72ce77aed46d0513bb1bf\" class=\"canvas-block canvas-block-permalink canvas-text-block canvas-text-block-permalink canvas-text-block--default \" data-context=\"{&quot;section&quot;:&quot;permalink&quot;,&quot;name&quot;:&quot;text_block&quot;}\" readability=\"47\">\n<p>In docs, obtained by TMZ, Nesis claims the festival, scheduled for May, allegedly sold between 10,000 and 20,000 tickets, but it was obviously canceled due to the coronavirus pandemic. She claims organizers refuse to offer any refunds.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<section id=\"cb-5b346b6fefd68787185946043adf2c91\" class=\"canvas-block canvas-block-permalink canvas-gallery-block canvas-gallery-block-permalink canvas-gallery-block--default \"\/>\n<section id=\"cb-f0a9d64c2ff19ddde09ba2a8adec5c59\" class=\"canvas-block canvas-block-permalink canvas-text-block canvas-text-block-permalink canvas-text-block--default \" data-context=\"{&quot;section&quot;:&quot;permalink&quot;,&quot;name&quot;:&quot;text_block&quot;}\" readability=\"41\">\n<p>The event released a statement last month saying, \u201cSadly, we cannot offer refunds for the canceled event. We are, however, working on a plan to make you whole over the next few LIB\u2019s. This will include a system for crediting you for future years.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<section id=\"cb-54b86c6b350ba5519f51cf242b62a15e\" class=\"canvas-block canvas-block-permalink canvas-text-block canvas-text-block-permalink canvas-text-block--default canvas-block-is-last \" data-context=\"{&quot;section&quot;:&quot;permalink&quot;,&quot;name&quot;:&quot;text_block&quot;}\" readability=\"37\">\n<p>And that just ain\u2019t flying with Nesis who claims the no-refund policy violates California law. The lawsuit seeks over $5 million in damages, which includes refunds for all the tickets bought for the festival.
