<\/p>\nExclusive<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n YNW Melly<\/strong> is begging a judge to let him out of prison \u2026 because he says he\u2019s on the verge of dying from COVID-19.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n The rapper\u2019s lawyer, Bradford Cohen<\/strong>, filed legal docs, obtained by TMZ, claiming the rapper \u2014 in prison awaiting his murder trial \u2014 is suffering from severe chills, heavy labored breathing, headaches and body aches since he tested positive<\/strong><\/a> for the coronavirus.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n Cohen says Melly weighs 114 pounds and has NOT been monitored by medical personnel every hour like they\u2019re supposed to. And, there\u2019s this \u2026 Cohen claims Melly\u2019s been holed up in a cell with another inmate who also has COVID-19 \u2026 and there\u2019s fear \u201cif the virus can be mutated or passed reoccurring between individuals.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/section>\n Waiting for your permission to load the Instagram Media.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n Cohen claims the there\u2019s a lack of preparedness by the jail for this type of epidemic \u2026 as \u201cthey have not given them masks, or cleaning supplies that would be beneficial regarding his recovery. This is against all recommendations of the Surgeon General and CDC.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/section>\n Melly\u2019s asking the judge if he can get out of prison and be placed on house arrest and treated at a medical facility at his own expense. Melly, of course, has been sitting in a Florida jail for more than a year after being arrested and charged<\/strong><\/a> in the double murder of two of his friends.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<\/div>\n
