<\/p>\nBreaking News<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n Elton John<\/strong><\/a>\u2018s trading his usual sold-out arena shows for something much simpler \u2014 playing maestro for a series of living room concerts \u2026 to help fight the coronavirus.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n Sir Elton will be hosting iHeart Radio\u2019s \u2018Living Room Concert for America\u2019 next week. It\u2019s an hour-long FOX TV and online benefit concert to support heroic healthcare workers and first responders on the frontline of the pandemic.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n\n The living room performers include Alicia Keys<\/strong><\/a>, Billie Eilish<\/strong><\/a>, Tim McGraw<\/strong><\/a>, Billie Joe Armstrong<\/strong><\/a>, Backstreet Boys, Mariah Carey<\/strong><\/a> and more.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n The artists will each perform a set from their own homes \u2014 recorded on their personal phones \u2014 in order to continue practicing the \u201cstay at home<\/strong><\/a>\u201d and social distancing guidelines.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n Viewers will be encouraged to donate to 2 charitable groups helping both COVID-19 victims and workers as part of the musical pledge drive. Those groups are Feeding America and First Responders Children\u2019s Foundation.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n The living room concert TV special \u2014 airing March 29 \u2014 was originally scheduled to be the \u201ciHeart Radio Music Awards\u201d \u2026 but obviously, that\u2019s been canceled. This is iHeart\u2019s version of making musical lemonade out of the lemons.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<\/div>\n
