American actor Cameron Bowen<\/strong> was only 15 years old when he landed the role of the young version of Dave Boyle \u2014 who gets kidnapped on the streets of Boston and escapes days later \u2014 in Clint Eastwood\u2019s 2003 murder mystery film \u201cMystic River.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/section>\n

Cameron Bowen shared the big screen with a laundry list of A-listers including Tim Robbins<\/strong> as the grown-up version of Dave Boyle, Kevin Bacon<\/strong> as the hometown investigator Sean Devine, Laurence Fishburne<\/strong> as the cop companion Whitey Powers \u2026 and of course Sean Penn<\/strong> as the Boston heavy and father of the victim Jimmy Markum.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n

\u201cMystic River\u201d was nominated for a slew of Academy Awards in 2004 like Actor In A Leading Role, Actor In A Supporting Role, Directing and Best Picture.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n
