Memphis-born William Sanderson<\/strong> is best known for his role as the chess-playing replicant designer, J.F. Sebastian \u2014 who double-crosses his mentor, Dr. Eldon Tyrell, and brings a fast-aging and desperate replicant to his penthouse \u2014 in the classic 1982 version of the futuristic film, \u201cBlade Runner.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/section>\n

Sanderson scared the big screen with an awesome cast of actors including Joe Turkel<\/strong><\/a> as Dr. Tyrell, Rutger Hauer<\/strong><\/a> as the killer, Roy Batty, Sean Young<\/strong> as the engineered love interest, Rachael \u2026 and of course, Harrison Ford<\/strong> as the humanoid-hunting blade runner, Rick Deckard.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n

William Sanderson has also taken on other notable roles including E.B. Farnum in \u201cDeadwood\u201d and Sheriff Bud Dearborne in \u201cTrue Blood.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/section>\n
