TMZ.com<\/span>\n <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n Rae Sremmurd<\/strong><\/a>\u2018s stepfather \u2014 who helped raised them since they were young \u2014 is dead after a shooting in Mississippi, and police have their brother in custody.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n Tupelo PD says officers were dispatched Monday night to a home where officers found a man who\u2019d died on the scene from at least a couple gunshot wounds. According to our law enforcement sources \u2026 Swae Lee<\/strong><\/a> and Slim Jxmmi<\/strong><\/a>\u2018s younger half-brother, Michael Sullivan<\/strong>, is being held for psychiatric evaluation.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n At this point, they\u2019re calling the 19-year-old a person of interest in the shooting.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n The Lee County Medical Examiner tells TMZ the victim is 62-year-old Floyd Sullivan<\/strong>. He\u2019s Swae and Slim\u2019s stepdad. He\u2019s raised them ever since the boys were in middle school, and moved to Mississippi with their mother, Bernadette<\/strong>. Floyd also has a son, Floyd Jr., from a previous relationship.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n Police say no one else is being sought in connection with the killing.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n It\u2019s unclear how much Slim or Swae know about what went down. We\u2019ve reached out to a rep for the duo, but so far \u2026 no word back.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<\/div>\n
