<\/p>\nExclusive<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n A Dollywood guest heading back to the hotel at the end of the day ended up in the hospital instead, thanks to a reckless trolley driver \u2026 according to a new suit.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n The woman claims she hopped in the trolley at Dolly Parton<\/strong><\/a>\u2018s famous Pigeon Forge, TN theme park in late December 2018 to travel to Dollywood\u2019s DreamMore Resort \u2026 but driving conditions sucked.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n According to the docs \u2026 it was foggy, raining and dark, and the trolley\u2019s windshield was all fogged up. The woman alleges some of the 35 passengers onboard warned the guy driving it was hard to see \u2026 but he kept going.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n\n The trolley then crashed into a concrete pole, according to the suit, a little after 8 PM. The woman claims she and 5 others were injured in the accident, and she was transported by ambulance to a nearby medical center.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n According to her, the trolley driver was negligent and reckless and caused the collision. She\u2019s suing Dollywood, along with the driver, for her injuries, medical expenses and pain and suffering. She\u2019s seeking $250,000.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n We\u2019ve reached out to the theme park \u2026 no word back, so far.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n This isn\u2019t the only legal issue for Dollywood right now, either \u2026 it also got sued<\/strong><\/a> in October for using a famous tune from \u201cA Charlie Brown Christmas\u201d in one of its plays. Good grief.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<\/div>\n
