Jeffrey \u2014 the local troublemaker\/superstar baseball player in the film starring <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tmz.com\/people\/billy-bob-thornton\/\"><strong>Billy Bob Thorton<\/strong><\/a> \u2014 requires speech and occupational therapy plus tons of medical supplies.
