TMZ.com<\/span>\n <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n Lil Pump<\/strong><\/a> decided to forgo performing one of his mega-hit songs out of respect for Juice WRLD<\/strong><\/a> \u2026 and honored his late friend instead.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n Sources close to the situation tell TMZ \u2026 Lil Pump and his team removed the track, \u201cDrug Addicts\u201d from his Rolling Loud Festival setlist in L.A. in light of the circumstances of 21-year-old Juice\u2019s death. Fans know it\u2019s a track he commonly performs live.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n\n Pump replaced the song \u2014 which glorifies popping pills and abusing illegal street drugs \u2014 with a short tribute. He played Juice\u2019s hit single, \u201cLucid Dreams,\u201d along with a video displaying \u201cRest in Peace\u201d \u2026 while the crowd held their phone lights up.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n Lil Pump followed it up with another tribute to XXXTentacion<\/strong><\/a> \u2026 who was killed in June 2018<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n We broke the story \u2026 Juice WRLD\u2019s family addressed his battle<\/strong><\/a> with prescription drug dependency. They said his songs about drugs weren\u2019t intended to promote using \u2014 but instead to help other addicts who might feel alone in their struggle.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n He died after allegedly swallowing a bunch of pills<\/strong><\/a>, possibly Percocet, and suffered a fatal seizure<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n\n Clearly, Lil Pump didn\u2019t want to be disrespectful, insensitive or offensive to Juice or his family considering all that \u2026 and his pro-drug song was dropped.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n It\u2019s unclear if he\u2019ll refrain from playing it in the future, but Pump did vow to quit drugs a few months ago \u2026 so it\u2019s possible \u201cDrug Addicts\u201d doesn\u2019t speak to him anymore.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<\/div>\n
