But, in the suit, Trust Your Journey says Disney\u2019s slapped the slogan on t-shirts, posters, jewelry and tons of other stuff \u2026 despite its trademark on the phrase.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<section id=\"cb-33aa3d2f4888bcf91003b0fddd50bbfe\" class=\"canvas-block canvas-block-permalink canvas-youtube-video-block canvas-youtube-video-block-permalink \"\/>\n<section id=\"cb-b3ef0020660030ee30ca844b90a41701\" class=\"canvas-block canvas-block-permalink canvas-text-block canvas-text-block-permalink \" readability=\"37\">\n<p>Trust Your Journey says it\u2019s been using the slogan since at least 2007 and already has its name on a bunch of its own merch \u2026 like clothing, jewelry, mugs, etc.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<section id=\"cb-7306c5ea6cf4b00b6b312e3a05ef977e\" class=\"canvas-block canvas-block-permalink canvas-text-block canvas-text-block-permalink \" readability=\"35\">\n<p>In fact \u2026 Trust Your Journey says its items are also sold at gift shops and through QVC and Cracker Barrel \u2026 so it\u2019s no new kid on the block.
