R. Kelly<\/strong><\/a>\u2018s GF, Joycelyn Savage<\/strong><\/a>, might not be behind that bogus Patreon account \u2014 but her parents don\u2019t want anyone claiming they started it either, and they\u2019re ready to sue over it.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n

Timothy<\/strong> and Jonjelyn Savage<\/strong> have fired off a cease and desist letter earlier this week to blogger Tasha K<\/strong>, claiming she\u2019s been defaming the couple with several social media posts regarding R. Kelly, Joycelyn and her family.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n

In the letter<\/strong><\/a>, obtained by TMZ, the Savages say Tasha made \u201cutterly false statements\u201d regarding alleged drug abuse, possession of a \u201cblack box full of audio recordings\u201d and accusing the parents of creating the Patreon account, purportedly owned by Joycelyn.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n

You\u2019ll recall, Patreon shut down the account<\/strong><\/a> after a series of posts seemed to reveal Kelly\u2019s alleged abuse<\/strong><\/a> of Joycelyn \u2014 however, Patreon said it could NOT confirm Joycelyn was the account holder.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n

Meanwhile, Tasha claimed on her YouTube channel \u2026 she believed Joycelyn\u2019s parents were behind the account<\/strong><\/a>. The ATL blogger also posted what she claims is an audio recording of Joycelyn\u2019s father talking to R. Kelly\u2019s team, and saying Kelly can have his daughter.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n

As we\u2019ve reported, Tasha K.\u2019s already in a nasty legal battle<\/strong><\/a> with Cardi B<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n

\n

The Savages attorney, Gerald Griggs<\/strong>, says Tasha\u2019s statements are \u201cdefamation per se in that they depict our clients as engaging in fraudulent activity that violates civil and criminal law.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/section>\n

\n

Joycelyn\u2019s folks want Tasha to take down all posts containing the alleged defamatory statements, and pay for their attorney. If she doesn\u2019t, they say a lawsuit will be coming.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<\/div>\n
