OG KISS guitarist Ace Frehley<\/strong><\/a> stormed into the home he shares with his longtime girlfriend, forcefully took his belongings, then left her high and dry \u2026 so she claims in legal docs.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n

Rachael Gordon<\/strong> was granted a temporary restraining order against Ace \u2014 who she says she\u2019s been with for 11 years \u2014 after what sounds like a bizarre and frightening incident at their house.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n

She claims in the docs, he returned home from a business trip unannounced and barged in with muscle \u2014 a male and a female bodyguard \u2014 along with his daughter, Monique<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n

\n

The Rock & Roll Hall of Famer allegedly refused to talk to Gordon as he went into his office to gather up his guitars and gold records. Rachael says the female guard threatened her with physical violence and Monique screamed at her \u2026 \u201cYou are a skank. My family will kill you.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/section>\n

According to the docs \u2026 Gordon claims as quickly as they stormed in, Ace and his crew took off, leaving her \u201cin shock, afraid, filled with anxiety\u201d and \u201cparalyzed with fear.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/section>\n

\n

A friend of Rachael\u2019s witnessed the alleged incident, and claims in docs \u2026 Frehley, Monique and the security guards \u201clooked like they were on drugs.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/section>\n

Gordon also alleges Frehley\u2019s exhibited physical and troubling behavior with her in the past, claiming he once threw a knife on their bed and said something like \u2026 \u201cyou know what that can do to you.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/section>\n

\n

Frehley\u2019s filed legal docs of his own, claiming the accusations against him are \u201cunfounded, false, and baseless\u201d \u2026 and he\u2019s requesting to introduce the testimonies of 7 witnesses he believes will support dismissing the restraining order.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n

\n

There\u2019s more, though \u2014 Gordon\u2019s also seeking money from the ex-KISS member. She claims the home ambush happened as their lease was up, and says she needs the dough to get a new place \u2026 because she doesn\u2019t work and Ace allegedly controls their finances.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n

\n

She wants $11k for rent and deposits, $20k for moving expenses, and for Ace to cover all the costs of their vehicles. She also wants him to fork over $25k for legal fees.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n

A court hearing\u2019s scheduled for January.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<\/div>\n
