TMZ\/Getty<\/span>\n <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n Channing Tatum<\/strong><\/a> and Jenna Dewan<\/strong><\/a> wanted to be single in the eyes of the law while they settled their divorce \u2026 and a judge just granted their wish.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n The former couple recently filed court docs asking the court to grant the divorce while they hash out a property settlement and custody agreement. As for why they wanted the divorce decree now \u2026 we\u2019re told they\u2019re both in relationships and it just makes things easier. It also clears the path if they want to remarry.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n According to the new docs, filed by Jenna\u2019s lawyer Samantha Spector<\/strong>, the divorce judgment became final Tuesday. So, now they have to work out custody and support issues involving 6-year-old Everly<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n Jenna recently announced<\/strong><\/a> she and her new boyfriend, Steve Kazee<\/strong>, are expecting their first child together. Rumors of a coming engagement have been swirling ever since.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n\n While it would appear Jenna is the one zeroing in on another marriage, that doesn\u2019t mean Channing hasn\u2019t moved on himself \u2026 he\u2019s just as free to tie the knot.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n As we reported<\/strong><\/a> \u2026 he\u2019s been dating Jessie J<\/strong><\/a> as of late, but things don\u2019t seem to have been moving as fast as they have for Jenna and Steve.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n Jenna filed for divorce<\/strong><\/a> a year ago, months after they went public with their split<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<\/div>\n
