TMZ.com<\/span>\n <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n Kanye West<\/strong><\/a>\u2018s <\/strong>plan to build an amphitheater on his ranch is drawing the ire of officials in Wyoming \u2026 and they\u2019re ordering him to put the brakes on his construction project pronto!!!<\/p>\n<\/section>\n Park County Wyoming Planner Joy Hill<\/strong> tells TMZ \u2026 the County is ordering Kanye to cease construction on his property because he broke ground without a permit and that\u2019s a big no-no.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n As we reported \u2026 Kanye submitted docs to build<\/strong><\/a> a 70,684-square-foot amphitheater on his sprawling Monster Lake Ranch<\/strong><\/a>, and there were construction crews on the property moving large amounts of land to clear a footprint.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n\n We\u2019re told Kanye\u2019s team was told to stop construction when county officials visited the site after he submitted his building permit application, but subsequent visits to the site by officials showed his team ignored the mandate and kept working.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n And, get this \u2026 we\u2019re told Kanye\u2019s proposed meditation space was on the agenda at a Tuesday meeting for the Park County Planning and Zoning Commission, but the topic never came up because a few hours prior, Kanye\u2019s team notified the commission he was changing the intended purpose of the site to residential use.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n Now, we\u2019re told Kanye\u2019s about to get a letter from the County telling him to put an end to construction \u2026 and he\u2019s gotta submit a whole new building permit application.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<\/div>\n
