According to docs, Andrew\u2019s currently residing in L.A. with 3 roommates, and in the days leading up to Halloween an argument broke out over the house rules and rent.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<section id=\"cb-254d7a627b48555d563f923f3f4dfa77\" class=\"canvas-block canvas-block-permalink canvas-text-block canvas-text-block-permalink \" readability=\"33\">\n<p>Marcus Silver claims Andrew \u201csucker punched\u201d him during the Oct. 23 confrontation \u2026 putting him down on the ground with a split lip. He says Leatherface bolted from their home the next day but left some threatening voicemails and text messages.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<section id=\"cb-177032c048241fea0c5d1bacedd01101\" class=\"canvas-block canvas-block-permalink canvas-text-block canvas-text-block-permalink \" readability=\"37\">\n<p>According to the request for a restraining order \u2014 filed by Marcus \u2014 one of Andrew\u2019s texts sounds like an outtake from \u2018Chainsaw.\u2019 He allegedly wrote, \u201cBefore you open yr mouth again and say dumb s**t to me or about me \u2026 remember from here on. Lessons and repercussions in the form of pain and the loss of basic life functions will come find you swiftly and justly w no delay or restraint no regret. I\u2019m not the one to f**k with.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<section id=\"cb-b0b5e14fda6e51ff3ebd8913b53b114d\" class=\"canvas-block canvas-block-permalink canvas-youtube-video-block canvas-youtube-video-block-permalink \"\/>\n<section id=\"cb-358251ef37bdfc8b80ad9ad64181fa94\" class=\"canvas-block canvas-block-permalink canvas-text-block canvas-text-block-permalink \" readability=\"33\">\n<p>If that\u2019s not scary enough \u2026 Marcus claims there was another text that simply read, \u201cF**k w me and I\u2019ll shatter the illusions along w yr facial bones.\u201d Method acting at its finest?<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<section id=\"cb-fec1468aea6b325ae384d60209870f57\" class=\"canvas-block canvas-block-permalink canvas-text-block canvas-text-block-permalink \" readability=\"39\">\n<p>According to the docs, Andrew \u2014 who also famously played Lattimer in \u201cThe Program\u201d \u2014 returned with police on Oct. 29, attempting to move back in, but his alleged texts had scared his roommates enough that they changed the locks.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<section id=\"cb-a239b1f39713d44a4ab9e5183ad365f4\" class=\"canvas-block canvas-block-permalink canvas-text-block canvas-text-block-permalink \" readability=\"39\">\n<p>Marcus says they\u2019re expecting Andrew\u2019s return any day now, which is why he filed for, and was granted, a restraining order.
