Gerard Butler<\/strong><\/a>\u2018s going after the driver who allegedly cut him off in traffic and caused him to crash \u2026 according to a new suit.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n

According to the docs \u2014 obtained by TMZ \u2014 he was ejected from his Triumph Bonneville motorcycle when a woman \u201cnegligently pulled her vehicle off the curb\u201d and cut across lanes of traffic directly in front of him.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n

The \u201cAngel Has Fallen\u201d star claims he had no time to stop, so he hit the lady\u2019s Benz on the driver\u2019s side and went flying off \u2026 and he says he suffered \u201ccatastrophic injuries.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/section>\n
