He\u2019s facing 2 charges<\/strong><\/a> \u2014 engaging in prostitution with someone under 18, and hiring\/offering\/agreeing to hire someone for sexual contact.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n The problem \u2014 Kelly\u2019s incarcerated at the MCC Chicago prison on federal sex crimes.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n The Minnesota D.A.\u2019s Office tells TMZ \u2026 prosecutors there are aware the federal authorities in the Northern District of Illinois are unwilling to give them access to Kelly until his federal case<\/strong><\/a> is resolved.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n\n Still, the bench warrant was issued. At a point, how many times can you be jailed, right? When you\u2019re in once, you\u2019re in.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n As we\u2019ve told you \u2026 Kelly\u2019s back in general population<\/strong><\/a> at the Chicago Correctional Center.
