Hoxxoh says Guess plastered the images on billboards, catalogs, social media posts and videos \u2014 all without his greenlight.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<section id=\"cb-2951fdc0c72ff7fa294746c995819323\" class=\"canvas-block canvas-block-permalink canvas-text-block canvas-text-block-permalink \" readability=\"33\">\n<p>The artist \u2014 known for his large-scale murals across Miami \u2014 says his work is instantly recognizable because of its \u201cdistinctive motif of interlocking and radiating curves\u201d \u2026 which is easily visible in the Guess campaign.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<section id=\"cb-101cbbc47913eecc3d6ddebac4d65c40\" class=\"canvas-block canvas-block-permalink canvas-text-block canvas-text-block-permalink canvas-block-is-last \" readability=\"31\">\n<p>J Balvin is NOT being sued.
