Jamie Spears<\/strong><\/a> wants a judge to let him take a breather for a few months as Britney\u2019s conservator and put one of his people in his place \u2014 temporarily \u2014 but we\u2019ve learned Britney\u2019s mom appears to have different ideas \u2026 TMZ has learned.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n

Lynne<\/strong><\/a>\u2018s lawyer, Gladstone Jones<\/strong>, tells us he and Lynne will be in court next week for Jamie\u2019s hearing. Gladstone will not say if they will challenge Jamie, but it\u2019s not hard to read the tea leaves.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n

Lynne was on board with the \u201cFree Britney\u201d social media campaign against Jamie earlier this year \u2014 that escalated into real-life protests, and even celeb shout-outs onstage. Some people online accused Jamie of forcing Britney into a mental health facility<\/strong><\/a> against her will. BTW \u2026 that didn\u2019t happen \u2014 it would be a crime for a facility to allow that, and Britney was coming and going<\/strong><\/a> as she wished during her stay.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n
