We\u2019re told this has actually been the arrangement since August of last year but wanted to see how it worked before formalizing it \u2014 and they made it official last week in docs filed on Aug. 28.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<section id=\"cb-96dfb63ad33403e5b7b46f1f99def830\" class=\"canvas-block canvas-block-permalink canvas-text-block canvas-text-block-permalink \" readability=\"31\">\n<p>This is a shift from the previous agreement where they each had 50-50 custody.
