<strong>Big Freedia<\/strong> have a New Orleans musician in his feelings \u2026 according to a new lawsuit, he says the rappers straight-up jacked his beats and passed them off as their own.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<section id=\"cb-0063a633dce773c6943e8955b050010f\" class=\"canvas-block canvas-block-permalink canvas-text-block canvas-text-block-permalink \" readability=\"37\">\n<p>Samuel Nicholas III \u2014 who goes by <strong>Sam Skully<\/strong> \u2014 is suing the rappers claiming they used his beat for their hit collab, \u201cIn My Feelings.\u201d He also claims Drake stole another one of his beats for his wildly successful track, \u201cNice For What\u201d<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<section id=\"cb-e1f1df4da182ceb6d4cbe14b9a7b5ff8\" class=\"canvas-block canvas-block-permalink canvas-text-block canvas-text-block-permalink \" readability=\"40\">\n<p>According to the docs, obtained by TMZ, Sam Skully claims Drake and Big Freedia sampled a portion of his 2000 track, \u201cRoll Call,\u201d but they never asked for permission and never forked over any dough.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<section id=\"cb-d7a093344438c265e98d8f8b281d73f2\" class=\"canvas-block canvas-block-permalink canvas-youtube-video-block canvas-youtube-video-block-permalink \"\/>\n<section id=\"cb-d2c9abb0705efd4ea0cf23c3102cb9f1\" class=\"canvas-block canvas-block-permalink canvas-text-block canvas-text-block-permalink \" readability=\"37\">\n<p>In the docs, Sam Skully claims he published the beat on a CD he released in New Orleans way back in 2000, but says he didn\u2019t know his work had been stolen until years later \u2026 when Drake and Big Freedia released songs that started climbing the charts.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<section id=\"cb-f6f5f4705cf205775cebf01bf0641a95\" class=\"canvas-block canvas-block-permalink canvas-youtube-video-block canvas-youtube-video-block-permalink \"\/>\n<section id=\"cb-c63243e5359eef3451cad7224c51e6a7\" class=\"canvas-block canvas-block-permalink canvas-text-block canvas-text-block-permalink \" readability=\"33\">\n<p>Sam Skully is also going after a ton of huge record companies \u2014 Asylum Records, Cash Money Records
