\"actor\"Machine Gun Kelly<\/strong><\/a>\u2018s goons ganged up on a guy, and beat the hell outta him \u2014 on video \u2014 and now the victim\u2019s suing the rapper, claiming he ordered the attack.<\/p>\n

We broke the story \u2026 Gabriel \u201cG-Rod\u201d Rodriguez<\/strong> confronted MGK back in September at an Atlanta restaurant and called him a \u201cp***y\u201d because he was pissed about Kelly\u2019s beef<\/strong><\/a> with Eminem<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n

Later in the evening at a Hampton Inn, video footage<\/strong><\/a> shows G-Rod getting jumped and viciously body slammed, kicked and punched by a bunch of dudes allegedly in MGK\u2019s crew. At least 3 of the individuals were ID\u2019d and charged with misdemeanor battery<\/strong><\/a>, but cops said MGK was in the clear because he wasn\u2019t a part of it.<\/p>\n

G-Rod\u2019s not letting him get off that easy, though \u2026 and filed suit against the rapper and the 3 other dudes in his crew for battery. According to the docs \u2026 Rodriguez claims Kelly instructed the bodyguards to attack him, and he\u2019s suffered serious injuries and medical expenses.<\/p>\n

G-Rod\u2019s also suing the hotel for negligence in the incident<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n

As we told you, G-Rod\u2019s attorney, Blake Dolman<\/strong>, threatened to pursue legal action<\/strong><\/a> if MGK didn\u2019t cut his client a check. Guess that never happened.<\/p>\n

Dolman tells us \u2026 \u201cMr. Rodriguez looks forward to his day in court and holding those responsible for this vicious and cowardly attack fully responsible for their actions.\u201d<\/p>\n

MGK\u2019s manager tells TMZ \u2026 \u201cit\u2019s a bogus lawsuit and MGK is not liable for what happened.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
